Once a big fat turkey, it turned out a tad dry, for one Christmas....and of course I do a mean Lamb Roast well I did when I cooked my last one.Back in 1990.
Long time, but it got tooooo expensive, I could go on a day trip, with the cost!
Oh! yes the DuCk I think it would be just parts, not the whole duck if I did.
Just something un-nerving about a little DuCk, in the oven.
No never! 1 of my 2 sisters cooked 3 ducks for a family Christmas lunch. She changed the 2of us $50 each for the ducks, & they were the driest most boring ducks I'd ever eaten. Well, I could barely eat any of it. She usually doesn't have any problems with her cooking. I think we should have asked her for we refund!
