Crazy pumpkin faces are appearing every where during the last week of October. Even if you don't go with the spirit of Halloween some tend to do it for the fun of it. At least we did! This is the time those pumpkins which are specially meant for carving are readily available. Have you carved a pumpkin or would you try doing it as a Halloween decoration or just as an arts and craft project?

I haven't actually, my other half does that coz he's the arty farty chef and I'm just mum lol
I carved my first pumpkin last year.
Yes I have, it's actually more difficult to get it right than you'd expect!
No, cutting pumpkin up for soup is hard enough. I imagine you'd need some pretty good tools to carve a pumpkin.

No and No
No I do not do anything for Halloween though this year had lollies for kids who knocked on my door.

I have not attempted to carve a pumpkin as would rather buy it!
I think it would be quite dangerous to attempt this due to the very hard skin on a pumpkin.

It would also be difficult to do because of this hard skin -I would probably cut myself in the process if I attempted it!
