I live by what my dad taught me as a kid....It is only a bargain if you will use it!! I have been so boring lately...I haven't splurged at all in the sales !!! The only thing I HAVE bougfht is a huge amount of marked down plants in need of much love and attention. So far I have lost only one of them!!! These wee NOT part of the June sales though!!!
Oh Finy!!! I can definitely relate!!! When I see the gorgeous linen available I am SOOOOO tempted, but I still have so much really beautiful quality manchester bought years back in the sales, and still never used, that it would be silly for me,on my tight budget to buy more!!!
No. I buy on line all the time so that's not a sale. I detest going out shopping for anything, even groceries and I'd buy them on line only I prefer to choose my fresh fruit and vegetables that I don't already grow.
NO, the sales are often not genuine as stuff is bought in cheaply. There is very little I need at the moment and I nearly always buy things when on special anyway. Things seem to be on special or sale all the time now. You can go broke saving money!
I've just found this question AGAIN on another AA, from Dec '17 i think, but as I'm just answering this now, it's now Jan' '18, so the answer is still NO. I NEVER go out to the June sales anyway, no matter what year it is, cause the only thing I like buying...are my cotton dresses, which I buy anytime I find 1 which has a pattern of flowers, nice enough for me to want to buy it!!!
