In the UK, it's recommended that children aged 5 to 18, have at least one hour of exercise a day. Under 5's who can walk by themself are recommended to have 3 hours of activity spread out through the day.

I have two young boys who are under 5 and they definitely do their fair share of exercise. I struggle more to keep them still for any length of time.

Do your kids get their recommended level of exercise?

Not formal exercise, no, but plenty of running around.
When they were little they had so much!
Out the back yard all the time.
And then some - my kids are constantly in motion, unless they are in front of the TV, which is part of the reason why I only let them watch TV once a week. They probably get about 8 hours of exercise most days just doing kid stuff.
Well it depends on the sport they are training for. Other days they just prefer to take a little rest! ;)

My nieces always do - even just running around in the school playground, and kung fu most days of the week - yes.
