Do you think children are more likely to respect their environment if they are taught to love nature at an early age?

I think so, yes. And I don't think young children need to be taught to love nature - they seem to enjoy it spontaneously, finding wonder all around them. It is the disrespect that is learnt.
Without a doubt. Children who grow up in rural area with nature in all its glory usually have a greater appreciation for the environment than city dwellers.

I think children who grow up enjoying nature will want to continue to do so in later life, and so have a greater respect for environment. That said, I would like to see children introduced to as many different things as possible; it helps them make choices later on.
I hope so. That would certainly seem to make sense.
This makes sense - though that's not to say that those who aren't introduced to nature at an early age cannot learn to respect her.

I believe so; it's what my parents did for my sister and I and we both have great respect and love for the outdoors.
