Some of us use a mobile/cell phone most of the time.

Although there was a lot of talk, studies so far have not shown a consistent link between cell phone use and brain tumours.

Do you ever worry whether mobile or cell phones can do you harm if used a lot?

One would have to be brain-dead! not to think
that using them, all the time...would not cause
some harm.
I certainly worry about this. If we are not supposed to throw mobile phones into the rubbish because they are toxic, could you imagine what they potentially could do to us?!

Yes I worry that playing game on mobiles will stop people leaving their houses!

LOL! it does that indeed....

Yup - however I think the technology has improved a little.
Electronic waves do have an adverse affect on some people. The interference can cause headaches, etc. In general though, I don't think it does particular harm unless you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

Mobiles, can however cause RSI, from repeated texting/pressing buttons.
I don't use mine all the time as still have a landline and find that is a better line than a mobile, however I do worry about my children always using mobiles.

I do not know if it has been proven if there is any truth in that it causes harm and I have also read that landline cordless phones are no different.

So, whichever I use, it seems there COULD be a danger.

I rarely use mine so it's not something I really worry about, but I would think it might possibly be dangerous if you went overboard with it, like just about everything.
No. On the contrary I thank this invention.
I've a mobile phone for emergencies when away from home. It's not for my phone of choice use.
So no worries on my part.
No, it doesn't worry me, because I may only make 1 call a month. I just use my phone to tell the time, if I'm not wearing a watch at the dinner table! Yesterday a friend had to show me now to ring my husband, while I was out, for him to cancel a dinner reservation, then later when I was getting a lift home, I was trying to ring him from my phone, but I didn't know how too! So as you can see, it's no danger to me! It's lucky we both have a 'no plan' with our phones, so calls may only cost us a few cents or nothing a month
