I sure do as I feel the cold terrible, and hate it!
However mine does not look like the photo as I buy it from Mountain shop and it looks like tee shirts.
Also I do not wear thermal pants but if it is really cold I have some fleecy lined tights that I wear either with a short, short skirt, or with pants on top of them -nowadays tight pants are a problem however!
No way I'd get way too claustrophobic with all those laters. Nothing beats a good fluffy dressing gown or a good quality coat. I do buy special heat trapping thermal shirts for my other half as he works in mining and it gets pretty damn cold in the desert!
I am lucky to live in the tropics and so I do not need extra layers of anything to keep me warm through the day! In fact it got to 30 this afternoon, which is ridiculously hot for this late in the year!!!
I do not even need a doona on my bed yet!!
No. I live in Queensland, and while it can still get pretty cold here I much prefer to wear extra layers on top of my normal clothes, that can be easily removed if need be, than layers underneath that I will be stuck in all day.
Aa I always wear summer cotton patterned dresses, all year round, I wear black marino wool tights & a black marino wool spencer & a sleeveless spencer as well, with my dresses in winter. With that & a jacket/coat, & scarf, I feel warm enough when I go out.
Oh! Vee, it was a white garment, worn underneath clothes, for added warmth. It can be long or short sleeved, or sleeveless. Was made of cotton, but modern ones prob polyester. It was a tad 'bulky' due thickness, but it worked!
Used to wear them, under Winter School Uniform, made of Wool Serge, as a child, as I allergic to wool next to my skin!
Nowadays, I prefer Damart sleeveless longline vests. Modern technology to the fore! Cheers!
