I could very happily eat avocado every day! I love it on Buttered toast with cracked black pepper;or squashed into a quick dip with balsamic vinegar,poppy seeds,vegetable salt and black pepper,then I will eat this with crackers or toast or just off the spoon!! I also love to eat is as an accompaniment to Smoked Salmon either as an entree with Melba Toast,or stirred through al dente pasta!!

I used to put Balsamic Vinegar + Salt & Pepper on it, then just S&P, finally Salt.
Now just all by itself is yummy.
My favourite is the SHEPHARD which is only in supply for a short time each year.
I eat them just about every day, all through the year. Aldi's sell them in mesh bags. I keep most of them in the fridge drawer, so they don't ripen too quickly, & another 1 out in a fruit bowl, to ripen up. I love them with s&p, mayo' or sweet chilli sauce. I have them on crackers, or just use a teaspoon. If I've run out of green veggies for our evening meal, we'll have 1/2 an avo' I've never tried to cook with them. If you use 1 1/2, then leave the stone in the other 1/2, they shouldn't go brown before the next day or 2.
