Do you feel the need to use a mouthwash? Or is brushing enough for you?

No - my father is a dentist and recommends that I don't use most mouthwashes. The alcohol in mouthwash has been linked to several forms of cancer.
Oh! :/

Indeed :/ Just trying to help my fellow Answer Angels with this health alert!
That's totally correct

Not often enough, but I try to - at least 4/7 times a week.
No I dont and don't even recommend unless there is a gum infection or recent gum treatment.
Good brushing flossing and cleaning appointment with your dentist would keep your breath fresh always.
I use both.
Maybe need to use the mouthwash more, because they do a awesome job.

I don't believe it is enough to just use toothpaste, and dentists will tell you that.
Not just for bad breath, but good overall health of the gums too.
No. I don't like the sensation of mouthwash in my mouth. I brush and floss regularly and my dentist says my teeth are in great condition, so I don't see the need.
I do use mouthwash atleast once in a day.
I feel that brushing my teeth is sufficient.

Nope, it is full of nasties. Amen to Matt Taylor's comment.
I used to use mouthwash twice a day but now I oil pull once a day instead and have had great results.
I don't but should. Apparently brushing and mouthwash is the best routine.
Our dentist said not to use mouthwash. He recommended using baking soda mixed in a glass of water instead.
No, gotten way too pricy

There's just 'something' about mouthwash I've never been able to take to.

And by the comments above, seems my 'instinct' was correct.

I clean my teeth, twice daily, & floss. Have 'check-up' dental appt each 6 months'.
I need my 'chompers' for many a year yet!
