- it cost me $2 at Aldi. I use this and then slice the garlic finely or squoosh it flat depending on the recipe.
I have a mini chopper. I usually put ginger and garlic cloves in in together and just run the chopper. Chops it really fine ! I plan to buy a mortar pestle soon though - that releases flavors like nothing else.
