I think it's a wonderful way to get moving, and if you can take someone with you! It's even better.
I sadly don't walk much due to a bad leg, but I keep moving as much as possible,that's the key to being fit.
I think it's a great form of exercise, gets the blood pumping in the early morning and there usually aren't too many people around so you can just enjoy the stillness of the day before things get busy.
Yes - I do. I walk between 6-10 km every day and I try to do this walk in the morning as it is a great time of day. I do this walk alone as I use it for "thinking" time, I also think it is great exercise.
