Just this year I have been getting cold feet (in the traditional sense ha ha) and this is strange as I have been going line dancing and to Prime Movers exercise class.....my hands are fine...this has helped with my back problem which is wonderful (the exercise)
I'm always cold. And I used to get chilblains during my teens/20's but don't anymore, thank goodness. Not sure if it's due to the fact that I can control the heat in the house now. (childhood home had no central heating)
I have always suffered from cold hands and feet, and it does not even need to be winter!!! When I lived in Melbourne,I suffered so very much! I would get the most dreadful chilblains which stopped me from walking as they would often burst and infect!! No wonder I came to the tropics!! Even here,I do get cold hands and feet.
Mainly hands, especially when I am at the computer for extended periods of time. You would think the fingers flying across the keyboard would be enough to keep the blood circulating but apparently not!
