I used to when younger, looked not bad too....now strictly one piece if any, love my sarong more as covers up a multitude of sins! Oh that does not mean I like going nude..it mean I don't get into bathers much these days!!!
Whenever I go swimming I seem to end up just wearing a bra and shorts! I can't remember the last time I wore an actual swim suit designed for swimming. This was the same when I was pregnant - just a bra and shorts.
No way...Not on me! I'm in my late 60's now, & like Finy, feel embarrassed wearing a full piece, even though I;m only a size 12. I've been on 11 cruises, which came to about 243 nights, & I've still NEVER swum in the swimming pools on board! I've only swam in the sea 3 or 4 times during the cruises. Last time in Honolulu, it was really hot, & we didn't go swimming! BUT..I do still have my 1 & only bikini from my early teens! It's a crochet 1, in bright orange, red & the same amount of black. It was a shop bought 1, not hand made!
I lived in bikinis when I was younger and had a decent body. Wore them until after the birth of my 3rd child when gravity took hold. I prefer the freedom of the bikini but it's a one piece for me now. However, if you've got the body to rock one, age shouldn't enter into it.
