Yes - all the kids' favourites, in the hope of grandkids getting as much joy from them as our kids did. However, I think it's a race against technology now! We probably won't have any device that will play them by the time we have grandkids!
No, I havent owned one of these in years.
I volunteer in an Op shop and we have so many of these old VHS -such a shame as we do not sell a lot and I imagine eventually they will all be thrown out -there must be millions of them floating around.
I still have lots packed away somewhere. Everything else I have is DVD. My daughter thinks that DVDs are the way to go. I, however, can't believe how unlucky I am with DVDs. They seem to "stop" when they want to, I find it harder or longer, to replay a certain scene. But as I am old, I need to listen to someone younger. But, I don't find anything as easy on DVD as I did on VHS to quickly run back and review something that I missed.
Yes I have VHS tapes and the machine. But I haven't got around to connecting the VCR to the TV - and I have had the TV for 5 years! One really doesn't like to rush these things. One day of these days I'll get around to it.
Our house is such a mess, but I think we still have some. Ah yes, I found the Titanic 1 a couple of days ago, but you'll be glad to know I have thrown out ALL of the ones I'd taped shows onto, (about 30) after my husband told me, I'd never be able to watch them.
