Both of these flexible fitness based workouts boast different benefits to the other. One is fantastic for exuding calm and relaxation, while the other is fantastic for working on the core. Both techniques boast different levels of skill. One of these techniques allows you to work out either on a mat, or on a bed of springs. Which one do you resonate towards? Does it all depend on your fitness goals? This may also depend on how much time you have to work out, and/or also on your mood. Which do you prefer between the two?
I have done both and I prefer yoga. The whole mind-body connection is wonderful in yoga - I love it. I tried yoga out for the flexibility and strength building, but found many more unexpected benefits on how I felt emotionally. Pretty awesome find for me!
