I used to only eat white breast meat from chicken but now I like all cuts apart from wings which I never buy.
I find that thighs are far nicer in a lot of dishes than white meat which dries out if you cook it for long.
I DO still always order a wing if I have Red Rooster which I have possibly once every few months - like a crispy wing but it has skin which i no longer eat on chicken apart from then.
The picture above looks like a horse and a map of Australia - can anyone see this?
I don't have any particular favourites. Not fussy. I will eat most parts of a chicken. I cook with most parts. When cooking, I will mostly cook with the breast fillets, tenderloins, or drum sticks. My chicken wings in my special sauce are always a hit at parties, and there are never any leftovers. If having takeaway, I honestly can't remember the last time I had any KFC. Red Rooster, the last time I had that was when I was pregnant. I will never go there again.
Love the wings. My youngest daughter and I fight over them all the time so when making baked chicken I always have at least 8 extra wings in the baking dish. We also have a lot of tenderloins as they are cheaper than breast and thighs where I buy them.
