I have the curly leafed one, so that is the only one I have ever used.
I do not even know if they taste any different but guess they must.
Not quite sure why a recipe would specifically state one or the other?
But, it grows SO easily and each year springs up again....love it.
Me too. I am surprised some people find mint hot- but I have chewed it since very small child and never thought about it. I do remember my grandmother being amazed I could eat her hot cough lollies. Maybe I am tough.
I usuall grow curly parsley and like it. This year I have lots of flat leafed parsley coming up, so I will be able to do a comparison. I think flat would be easier to wash. I know my sister prefers flat , and she's an excellent cook.
