I prefer medium point pens. I don't really know why. The writing seems to flow better and is more natural. Its a personal choice really . I haven't bought new pens in years, as we have always had plenty of pens in the house, so I cant help with the best brands to buy.
Anyway, I always use Mdm or Broad, depending on usage.
Hate Fine, too scratchy, & light for my flamboyant writing style!
Haven't used that type since did 'Mapping' at School, but it always got me 10/10!
Everyday Brands.....Bic, Ink Joy, etc., whatever's on 'Special', at time of purchase.
I do have a few good 'Parker's' though, which I love!
Have a gold 'Parker 75' which has been attached inside my various wallets since 1980!
Totally hate NOT having a good quality biro with me at all times. Also always carry small feint-ruled note book.
Will not sign on Prescriptions', Dockets etc., with their given Biro's, 'cos you don't know if previous user has a 'skin condition'.
Won't buy any other brand for my 'good use'!
They've always got Blue, Mdm refills'.
I've my Father's 'Parker 54(?)' Fountain Pen, which I love 'cos it was Dad's.
Husband always uses a Parker FP, or Propelling Pencil, hardly ever a biro, although he has a 'Parker Sonnet' set, which I gave him.
