Peas. No contest! I only like them raw if they are FRESH as in just picked out of the garden and shelled and eaten immediately. Otherwise they are better cooked I think.
As for beans and carrots, I like them but not massively. There are other vegetables I would far rather eat! Carrots are much better for you cooked than raw, as raw is very hard to digest. If you grate it, that's not so bad but otherwise your body just can't extract any goodness from it raw. And I thought that raw beans could make you sick..... so I've never eaten them.
