I love yoga but haven't practiced for ages. It's my preferred exercise when I'm pregnant, so I'll probably get back into it when I decide to have my next bub. It's also hard to find the time to do a class and I'm not confident enough to do it on my own at home (plus my toddlers jump on me if I get that close to the floor!)
Yes! I started yoga as a form of exercise to tone and strengthen, but I found so much more. I had never meditated before yoga, and now I have felt first-hand the benefits of both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. I have always struggled to quiet and calm my overactive mind! Yoga helps me do that. Love it!
