Many of us were brought up playing a variety of different board games. Board games exude fun and togetherness with family, work colleagues and friends. If you play them, what are your favourite board games? How often do you get a chance to play them?
You can also buy some chocolate board games such as Chocolate Monopoly and Scrabble to name. The latter is a more affordable way to play these games, provided you can give into some cocoa temptation for as long as possible.
Yes, when I get the opportunity. There are so many interesting strategy games for adults like Settlers of Catan, Risk, Power Grid etc. I have a fun one called Zombies!!! where you move around a board that unfolds as you play battling zombies represented by little plastic miniatures. Those are great for playing with friends. there are so many great ones for kids like the Ravensberger ones (my favourite was called Enchanted Forest), and traditional favourites like Monopoly and Scrabble. I'm waiting for my kids to get a little older so we can play more together.
I love them. Unfortunately, there are few my husband likes. We play 'Test Match', 'Uno' and 'Battleships'. I also play boardgames with my sisters. 'Guess Who', 'Scattergories', and 'Hedbandz' are always fun choices.
