Sometimes finding time to travel to the gym can be a challenge. And, finding the time to exercise before, or after work, can also be challenging. Do you own your own exercise equipment? And if so, do you use it regularly?

The only thing I own is a bicycle...which could be classified as equipment. I don't own anything else.
No, I make use of the local free Fitness Trail and Sweat Track - they've got equipment for arms, legs and a section for step ups, sit ups, push ups, the works. :)
Yes, I have a cross trainer. Don't use it very often anymore. I think I would use a gym membership more often.
No I don't have my own but I use to go to the and exercise.
I have a stationary bike but it has been sitting in the carport for sometime gathering dusts and cobwebs. Nothing beats a 15-minute 1-mile leisurely run around the block before brekky everyday.
No and No :(
Does a wii count? I do wii fit from time to time...
No. Owned a bike before yet sold that before moving to Sydney. Had a yoga mat - same reason. Nope. Sister owns a pilates machine.
I own an exercise bike. I should probably use it more often than I do.

I prefer to go to the gym and do exercise. I dont have any exercise machine at home.
I also own a bicycle, which I tried to use at least 3 times a week. I use to have a gym membership but found it a waste of money as I did not have the motivation to go afterwork. I was also a bit too timid and unsure of how certain equiptment work.
Yes, I own a treadmill. Contrary to popular opinion, it isn't boring. I don my headphones, and watch TV programs I've recorded, at a time of the evening that I would normally doze off and miss them. I can walk at the speed I choose and burn off quite a few calories
I have an exercise bike and it is fantastic for hanging my ironing on. It has cut down the time it takes to iron my shirts as they don't wrinkle as much as they do in the ironing basket.
Yes a couple of bits. I usually use them more in.Winter when it's too cold to go outside
Yep, sure do!

My own strong (good lookin') legs!
yes
every day I use my treadmill for 40 mins
NO!, unless you can call our 13 uneven stone steps to our front door...excersise equipment! I also walk with a friend, 3k's around where we live. I've never done any running, as it isn't supposed to be good for your body..

I have quite a few weights and a skipping rope and a few bands..it's a wonder how I ever bother with the gym with all of my crap at home! It's the mindset though when I get in the gym, and they have so many more machines that I love to use.
Nope. I am not in denial. LOL
