yes I do and I have started using it other than just in winter.
It makes everything I have made very tender and delicious and I would recommend it to anyone - particularly for soups, but everything is nice made in a slow cooker!

No I don't, but I know lots of people who do. Plus they have rice cookers and air fryers, and deep fryers, and pancake makers, and ice cream makers, and food processors, and milk shake makers and juicers. Lets not forget the Nutribullet and the Thermomix. Where does it end? Is this a kitchen or Harvey Norman? You would need a kitchen the size of a house if you bought every gadget. My kitchen is a very good size after we renovated it a few years ago. I don't want to clutter it up with too much STUFF. I know that slow cookers are a great appliance to have, but they just aren't for me. Less is more in my opinion.
I understand what your saying, totally.
I guess for me 2 must haves in my kitchen is the rice cooker...and slow cooker.
The rest can take a hike! LOL :)

I gave mine to my stepson. I have a pressure cooker and it replaces my slow cooker and my rice cooker. I'm not eating rice and I am mostly stir frying meat and veges so I can do without the clutter.

No, I've never owned either, as I've never needed 1.

I Do!
They are just wonderful, and the other day I saw them in one big store for the price of a nice lunch, like $20.00, how crazy is that.
So now is the time, to get the thing going....and just set and forget for say 5-6 hours.
Cooking cosy food, was never so easy to do!
No need to worrie about meat being 'just right'!.
They do it all, and some great ideas or a slow cooker can be found on line.
One way to also make a good amount of food for one or two days, and not expensive at all.
I have a slow cooker and I love it! It makes it so easy to get a healthy tasty meal done. No need to "finely dice" stuff or chop just right or watch over it. I can dump it all in the slow cooker when the baby is napping and know that dinner will be delish!
