I do not have much data allowance on my smartphone as I have an i pad and a PC which I use all day long, however I do connect to the Internet on the phone at least once a day to delete all the emails that also come to my phone.

As far as general browsing etc, I occasionally will send a message on Messenger if my phone is handy and my i pad is not, will also check SMS on phone only, and occasionally just browse particularly if I am at work or out, or just check emails.

So although I thought my answer would be NO, it appears i would connect to the net at least twice in a day, and probably more.

Yes. I always use my phone to connect to the internet. I don't have my lap top with me, but my phone is with me always. It is more convenient if I am out.
No.
I refuse to have one of those phones, I do have a new phone....but not a so called 'smart' phone.
I do this rarely. Really rarely. I don't often have the need to access the internet when away from home. When at home, I use the computer.

I don't have a phone, but I use my iPod.
Yes, and more often than I would like. I like it's usefulness when I am out and away from my computer to look things up, but I find myself using it too much for entertainment purposes. I really need to work on that!
Ever since I had to stop working,I decided that I have no need for a mobile phone of any kind.Having said this, my neighbour bought me a basic Talk & text one for emergencies when I am out, after I had a very nasty fall which put me in hospital for almost a week. I never use it though!!! I have my laptop which does everything (and lots more than!!) I need for internet use. I am more than content with this.
Only connect via wifi to download photos sent to my phone then go back into settings to turn the data off so my battery doesn't get chewed up.
No, I just have a non smartphone which I had since Ď08, which I donít know how to connect it to the Internet!
Yes! its my lifeline to the world! I don't need a computer when I have my smartphone.
I'm on it right now.
