I probably don't use them OFTEN however I do use them to spice up ordinary dishes.

Probably use them one if every five recipes I make, and now have some dried ones so I don't have to go to the shop to buy fresh ones -don't think they are quite as good to cook with, but more convenient.

Yes. I grow chillis so I use them pretty often. I find they're especially good for making low fat dishes more interesting.
Not me, I like my food calm and comfortable.
I can't even use a miniscule amount - they burn the living heck out of me :((

not FOR ME!!!! LOL.

But....my son is crazy about them.So I use the dry-salt & herbs ones in jars.
We used Cayenne Paper a lot at home and all my family love it, it like a daily meal.

I do not tend to use large amounts of chilli in my cooking,but when I do,I like to use the fresh ones.
My son is a chef and he uses lots of different types of chillies when he cooks. They do all have different strengths and flavours!!

I add the chilli powder and chilli sauce in cooking. It tastes nice, and because of the pepper in it, is very good for ones metabolism. I used it just the other night to spice up my stir fry. I just love dipping chips in chilli sauce and sour cream. A snack that I love, but don't eat it nearly as often as I would like.

No. A very small amount is okay but an over dose of spices breaks me out in a rash. Also I get very annoyed at so many ready meals, soups, tins etc that have chilli chilli chilli! what ever happened to normal food! PS: Mexican food is different LOL
I still use them in my cooking, if the recipe calls for them, but I scrape out the seeds 1st, after taking them from the freezer, where I keep them in a sandwich bag. They last for years in the freezer.

Not many days pass that I don't use chiis in some form - fresh, dried or paste., sometimes for breakfast. I crave the taste.
