I can't think of the last thing I returned. I think I have only returned one or two times ever. I always try on clothes before I buy so I know things fit before I buy them. Actually I do remember the last thing I returned - a pair of shoes I bought over the internet that were too big.
This is what I have found, and I hope you think it interesting too:
We all I think at some stage need to return something we have bought.
There is this (human thing) that if you go into a shop and your not dressed up!...you really do not get good service.
Returning something is a even greater feat.
I returned something once (a few months ago to Target). Not dressed up, just very casual...no make up, and guess what!
It would have been better I not even try.
It was not easy, and I felt like I should not even dare.
Then there was the day:
The clothing was smaller after I washed it exactly as they said.So this time, I got all dressed up.
I mean really nice...
Guess what! refund with smiles, and yes ''I'm sorry you had to bring it back''.
If your looking for a refund, you may have better luck, when you ''posh-it-up''!!
Sorry to say :(
Well worth the effort as far as I can see, plus it just proves my point...each and every time.
I don't return things often, as I shop quite carefully and do a fair bit of research before buying things! The last item I returned was a dress; I was buying from a website for the first time and wasn't sure how their sizes would fit me, so I ordered the dress in two sizes to ensure that I got the right one! The other one I returned and now I know which size fits me from that brand, I can just order the one in future :)
Not very often, but I am going to return an unopened bottle of generic medicine I bought yesterday. It was for my husband and he told there is a different variety that was suggested by the doctor and this is not it.
