Depends. Sometimes I am in the great mood to cook and clean up. On other days, I am so bored to even enter the kitchen. In general I am fond of cooking and trying out new dishes and cuisines, but I wish someone cleaned up!
I used to hate cooking. Then I got diagnosed with coeliac disease, and had to eliminate all gluten from my diet. This was before gluten free things were everywhere, so I had no choice but to start making everything myself and from scratch. The strange thing is, that through doing this I gained a big love of cooking. It's one of my favourite things to do, and I have a huge collection of cook books and cooking magazines. I also can't get enough of cooking shows now, which I used to hate as well. Its funny how things can work out like that, but I'm thrilled to have something I love to do so much now.
I just read your answer after typing up mine. I am in the same boat. Still really dislike cooking but almost all GF products available commercially are just horrible.
Yes cooking is my hobby,so I love to spend time in the kitchen. But I try to wrap up my work as fast as possible.
Yes, I do. For cleaning the utensils..!!

Sometimes, when I get in the cooking mode. I may end up make a 3 course meal with pies and cakes that last at least 2 days. ! LOL. Other days - not!
I love the kitchen.Food is my passion, so being there and trying new dishes for my family is a favorite past time.
Am fond of cooking a lot . Its like hobby . Learn a lot from some good sites and try new things and my lab rat is my son . He will suggest for good taste and make certain changes. More than cooking I need the kitchen to be as clean as possible as it is the first medicine for a good health .

not really!!!!!!!
Yes! When I'm with my partner - we always look up unique and interesting ways to cook certain foods and end up cooking a storm! :)
I love spending time in the kitchen creating mouth watering and eye pleasing dishes.
Yes I love cooking.
I love to experiment with new foods and new dishes, but hate cleaning, so am very fussy about how many dishes I dirty despite having a dishwasher.

Yeah. I could spend all day in the kitchen and sometimes do. It really is the hub in my house, it's huge to everyone tends to congregate there. We do homework there, bake, eat, clean .. and when I bake myself I know exactly what the family is eating.
I love cooking, but tend to cook just a few family favourites regularly, as experimenting with new recipes is rather time-consuming.
Sometimes. Tonight for example, no. I was so over being in the kitchen all I wanted to do was sit down but too much to do.
I would be happy to never set foot in a kitchen ever again. I don't like cooking and I hate cleaning up.
As long as I have someone to wash the dishes, I will readily cook a three or even four-course meal, bake some afternoon snacks and make some fresh fruit juices everyday but unfortunately, it rarely happens!!! So, most of the time, I stick to a two-course meal and the fresh fruit juice or the afternoon snack or the dessert.

As for experimenting new dishes, I like to try new ones but when they fail, I tend to get discouraged easily.

I pretty much hate it. But since being diagnosed Coeliac I am finding that if I want to eat anything half way decent (and all GF food is only "halfway" decent), then I have to cook it myself.
Yes i do like cooking, always wanted to try new dishes, i will be there in my kitchen for approximately 4 to 5 hours daily, including cooking and next day preparation. But ya on weekends i feel like my husband should cook something and i will be served with a ready fresh meal, but thats a dream... :)
Yup, my wife and I share the cooking duties but that basically means I do most of the prep work and the actual cooking but she does the precision work like mixing sauces and so on. I always forget ingredients when I try and do the sauces.
