I absolutely adore garlic prawns !!! I will have it sometimes, if we are out at the pub for a meal. I have only ever made it once at home, because my daughter doesn't like much seafood, so it is no point cooking it.
I am Crazy About Garlic Prawns! Especially when you scampi it with some Angel Hair Pasta it is the BEST. I once got a deal on a cooking class in San Diego when I visited my parents and the instructor taught us how to make roasted garlic shrimp toast, it was so buttery and delicious it's now a staple at every party I have!
Yummy, Yummy Yummy. ME 2, I just LOVE garlic prawns. I can't remember ever making them at home, but I think I'll now look up a recipe for them, so I don't overcook them! I'd rather have soft shell crab if it's on the menu when we dine out, is only for 1 of our birthdays or our wedding anniversary. We don't bother dinning out (nor in) for other family members!
