I no longer eat meat often, so I do not eat this.
However it is something i did not eat even when I used to eat sausages.

I would certainly not make it if I did not have left overs, I don't think, but not really sure.

It is probably quite nice smothered in tomato sauce!

No, I don't really like sausages. They make me feel sick. I make curried sausages sometimes for the family, but I no longer eat it, and will have something else.
I feel the same way too...about them.

I do love it but I rarely eat it as sausages these days are simply awful. Last time was at Speight's Ale house in NZ and they were lovely. It is hard to find a good sausage and I have sometimes made my own. I love fennel seed sausages. Took my other half to the UK and he nearly OD'd on sausages as he could not believe how good they were. LOL

I don't believe I have ever made this meal.

I have had it once or twice, but never made it.
Not a keen sausage eater, or even meat eater.
I will have a roast, once in a blue moon...that's it.

But I do love the mashed potatoes-gravy-and peas on their own :)
The white vegetable in your photo Jonaj, looks like cauliflower, but it still looks yummy!

LOL.....LOL....LOL..... miro I think you are right!
My eyes are dreadful wow that made me laugh!

Yes to the mash, no to the bangers. That is unless the sausages are made from something other than pork.
Nah... im pesaterian & tatoes r carbs
Oh. I couldn't deal with that. Not a fish fan at all. I admire your tenacity.

Great, Rice. Can you please translate that for those of us who can't understand. LOL.

I have NEVER been fond of sausages unless they have been home made ,and I know exactly what is in them!!! Thus, this has never been on my list of must-haves for a meal!! I do have to admit though, that many of the sausages which are available today,do seem to be much healthier and ,I expect much tastier than in days gone by!
I adore Mashed Potato and will happily eat this delicious concoction!! I make mine with real BUTTER and salt and black pepper!!!! YUMMEEEE!!!!
Oh! Jules, my mashed spud has FC Milk, & Cream in it, too!
Don't have it to often, as is very rich! Yum!

I love bangers and mash with onion gravy. I don't have it as much now because the sausages aren't what they used to be. When I do cook it, it's with either pork or chicken sausages.
Yes, but only good beef sausages, the way they used to be made, without all the spices that seem to be creeping into them - like garlic and chill, which ruin them. with Heinz Tomato Sauce, and mashed potato like my partner makes it.
Yeah, it's a nice easy meal that my kids will eat without complaining. We use veggie sausages though.
I rarely eat processed meat. However I do enjoy having this sort of meal now and then.
I like bangers and mash but don't have it often. I love gravy, especially onion or mushroom gravy. These days I rarely buy sausages.
L U R V E (Thick Pork) Bangers & Mash, with heaps of lovely dark, oozy-gravy!
Added Grilled Onions', & Mushies' are tops!

I would NOT eat burnt snags like in above photo!
Cancer inducing carcinogens in the black carbon!
do you mean sausages and mashed potatoes, if so I do enjoy them now and again.
Yes. Simple but effective.
by Vee
No, I'd actually forgotten all about snags & mash, & haven't had it for years, because I always looked up a new recipe every day/night, but since it's certainly over 12 months since I've eaten this, I will make it again, this week, using pork snags.
