I don't have a physical money box but I do ring fence savings in a spreadsheet for various purposes.
I used to have a jar just like the one in your photo, except it said "Drinking Money" on it, and it was for when we were on a choir holiday, so everyone could put some money in it if they wanted to partake of a drink or two to refresh their vocal chords :) I'm not in charge of the choir any more, so the jar has been passed on with all the other gubbins required to organise the holidays!
I have a total of 4 - one for notes,(often given to me/prizes/items sold) one for gold coins found on the street, etc. Then another small money box for 5 c coins also found in my travels, as each year in about May is a campaign to bank those coins.
Finally the 10/20/50 c coins go in the container in my orchestra bag to pay the weekly supper money. Most of these are also what I've found on the street, in machines, etc. For the last couple of years I haven't had to top this last tin up from my purse!
