Probably as per the picture.
I also love potatoes fried with eggs, but as eggs are one of my favourite foods, and so is bacon, AND it is the only processed /red meat I generally eat, I love bacon and eggs on toast.

I have fresh eggs from my children's chickens and these are large and oh, so, yummy!

However I do not often have bacon and eggs due to the bacon being so unhealthy!
by Finy
Lucky :-)) HIS family have six chickens but I won't eat their eggs as they are clueless and I am sure the chooks aren't wormed. I really need my own chickens!
by Rice
I doubt if my lot worm chicken either, but what does that matter? they are washed.
by Finy
Oh, Finy! Please be certain to enjoy those gorgeous eggs for ME as well, when you have them?!!!!
by Jules
Finy what does Rice mean by "worming" chickens ? Is that the same as worming cats or dogs with worm tablets ? Or does she mean that something is on the egg shell ?
by fran.
fran - I dont quite know what Rice means! I have never heard of worming a chicken and dont see how this would/could affect the eggs anyway....
Rice?
by Finy
Chooks should be wormed the same as cats, dogs, horses, cattle, sheep, budgies, parakeets, pigeons, doves, lions and tigers and bears, OH MY etc. Chook wormer is called Piperazine.
by Rice
Yep, chooks should be wormed. I bought chook worming medication from a poultry farm and I put it into their water container once a month.
I love eggs benedict. It is my absolute favourite. I have never made it for myself. I reserve that treat for when we are out at a café. I just love eggs and they are very good for you, as they are a good source of protein. You should aim to have protein of some kind at every meal. I love bacon SO much, and it goes so well with eggs . Eggs benedict does not have bacon on it, so occasionally I will ask for bacon on the side, if we are at a breakfast buffet.
Hi Lluxi. Just this morning I had an egg benedict muffin at Hungry Jacks complete with bacon for $3.95 as I had an early appointment and another to go to. It was good and certainly not what I expected and nice and hot into the bargain.
by helga
Yum !!! Very jealous, Helga. Didn't realise they had egg benedict burgers.

I absolutely adore Eggs Benedict...

I occasionally cook it for dinner because sometimes breakfast dinners are my favourite thing!
The first time I had my favourite breakfast was in a Hotel in Singapore that had an extensive breakfast buffet. It is Rice porridge with all the extras- chillies, fried shallots , fish sauce, fresh herbs and dried fish etc. Not like a breakfast porridge in Australia but more like a risotto. I just love it.
It is hardly ever available in restaurants and I don't make it myself, so my next favourite is Bircher Muesli ( which I have my own version of most mornings) with fresh fruit, if I am out I would have tomato juice, pot of tea, sour dough toast with Salmon, spinach and poached free range eggs and fresh herbs.
Pancakes would have to be one of my favourites with either apple, banana or strawberry in them, topped off with maple syrup. Or if I eat out at the Club it would be the all day breakfast with 2 eggs (cooked whichever way you like them), bacon, tomato, mushrooms, sausages and sometimes baked beans with a thick slice of country style toast with butter.
I am not a lover of an actual Breakfast, but would prefer to have something around 10'ish when I am not at the hospital in the oxygen chamber!!! On these days, I wait till 11.30 when I get back home. I LOVE the fairly new Dorset Cereals Berry Granola (to which I will add chopped dried apples),with just a small amount of Heart Active milk added.I used to always love the Jordan's muesli of a similar range, but my most loved one from that company has been deleted.I tried this Dorset Cereals one when it was introduced to their range, despite the high price bracket, and I just adore it as it contains so many freeze-dried Raspberries and blueberries which are really tangy and delicious. The added apple which I loved in the Jordan's one, makes a super difference and I can actually eat and enjoy this at ANY time of day!! Being allergic to eggs, I do not get to enjoy many cooked styles of breakfasts at all.But then, at the hour I prefer to eat, whatever I have is more like a brunch!! Two weeks ago, Woolies had the Dorsets on special at way less than half price, so I bought half a dozen packs with a very long Best Before date. They certainly won't last that long though, as it is even delightful on ice cream, just for a rare treat!!
Can you look please to see how much sugar is in 100 g of this one? I have been buying Jordans after you wrote how nice it is! But now that I cannot eat sugar, I put a tiny bit in with my low fat, boring cereal!
by Finy
Hi Finy, The Berry Granola has 18.6 g per 100grams, which is over 2 serves, (12 serves per box.per pack!!) Different varieties have different sugar levels of course!!

Good luck with this, Jules!!

I'm with Finy. Something with eggs and bacon. Throw in some toasted bread, avo, fried onion and tomato and you've got a good thing going.

Home made bacon and egg muffins with cheese for me :)
Poached eggs with smoked salmon!
by AJ
yum, yes that is also a nice one!

At home I make pancakes with different jams & marmalade & golden syrup & maple syrup with bacon. The jam ones also have banana, berries & cream. If I'm out for breakfast I may have eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, or a waffle with mixed berries, maple syrup & ice-cream! These are served at 1 of our local cafes. 5 days ago I
had an egg & bacon on a (very soft) bun with sweet chilli sauce. These are a few of my favourite things! (For breakfast, I mean.)

Cheesecake. These days I don't eat dairy, so vegan cheesecake- the good kind that tastes like the real thing (can't make it myself but I've had some in a cafe that was amazing). There's something wonderfully decadent about dessert for breakfast.
I think it would be porridge with berries.
I love bacon and eggs, but just cannot do 'savoury' that early in the day! So that would only be if it were more a brunch/early lunch thing. For me it's cereal - love granola (must have big chunks!) or even bircher muesli, which I've only ever had when I've been travelling. With a banana sliced on top of it. Yum! Mmmm, milk...
Poppy, I've never made bircher musli, But a had a couple of dessert spoonfuls at a buffet years ago, & it was really yummy.

Porridge with fresh banana and coffee.
