My partner tells me that it's "tradition" to have a beer after mowing and a friend has confirmed this! Do you enjoy a beer after mowing or working in the yard?

I'm more likely to have a glass of wine, but I hardly drink these days. I plan on rectifying that over xmas though!
An ice cold glass of water or fruit drink does it for me.
I don't, I also don't like beer when I use to drink.
For Aussie men, yes it is a tradition.
I love to see it too :) it's part of the whole part of being a true blue.
Sometimes I mainly drink water as I go
I don't really do yard work. But the other day I spent 2 hours in the garden in the midday sun (stupid I know!) - and I very very very much enjoyed my beer after that! I'm not much of a beer drinker but that was just lovely!
You can just say I don't drink. I don't consume alcohol at social gatherings. Maybe I would have one beer for the year if I visit my mother in law's home.
No, lol. Water, sometimes flavoured with strawberries is good enough for me.
No I do not drink and in particular would not drink beer as I do not like the taste of it.
I DO agree that is typical Australian male thinking, that it is tradition to have a beer after doing work in the garden.
I don't like beer.
