I sort of do. I don't watch my TV shows on commercial TV anymore because I tend to miss them, or parts of them (always the really crucial parts!!) due to having 2 toddlers. So my partner downloads TV shows for me. Either things I've seen advertised, or old shows that I enjoyed, or just things that he thinks I will like. At the moment I am watching / following: Big Bang Theory; NCIS; Outlander and I have a few that I need to catch up on like under the dome, boardwalk empire, Grimm.
I do follow shows myself, mostly the funny sitcoms like Modern Family, The Millers, or the old ones like Everybody Loves Raymond, King of the Queens, Big Bang Theory, or the nature documentaries which leave me feeling that I am wasting my time on such petty things when there is so much to watch and learn in nature around us !
Just finished watching ' I bought the rainforest' by Charlie Hamilton James and it just made me go ' Wow, what a wonderful thing this man is doing !'
At the moment I follow Once Upon a Time, although it's difficult because Channel Seven has the rights and keeps changing timeslots/not announcing air dates/refusing to air new seasons. Very frustrating, especially because the show is my cheery (and somewhat campy) escape from life's day to day frustrations!
I agree. We used too watch this show every week until Channel 7 started mucking around with the schedule. We never knew when it was on or on what channel.- 7 or 72. We ended up missing so many episodes that we just gave up.
I have watched the DCI Banks series on ABC,
thought it rather good.
Each week I watch Insight on SBS, (gosh, it has 'real' people telling their stories in a reasonable way) Watch Q&A most weeks, depending on the subject and how few pollticians there are, Lewis is the only series I watch on commercial, and they are now repeats of repeats.... If there is what I think might be a good movie I watch, and have loved Colour Theory series on NITV.
I like many series on the ABC or SBS but I tend to also watch Australian series on commercial tv too. At the moment Wrong Girl has one more episode. We enjoy DR Who and since it has ended I have been watching old episodes of Friends, which is totally frivolous and light . I like Who Do You Think You Are on SBS- it traces various celebrities family trees. I enjoy real medical shows like RPA and What's Your Emergency. I like some dramatised medical shows like House or Greys Anatomy.
