All the time. Tofu that is, I don't like the texture of tempeh. I use firm tofu in stir fries and silken tofu in desserts. I use soy based things like soy fillets (sort of faux chicken), sausages and tvp mince in other dishes.
I have used tofu and quite often have it when I am out somewhere. I have only cooked with the firm tofu not the silken tofu and to my knowledge I have not had Tempeh. Note to self . . . Jennifer's soy fillets sound inviting.
