Yes i often use it in cooking and also i use it instead of hot chocolate, or rather to make hot chocolate.
You get used to the taste of no sugar, and even my grand son now drinks it in milk...not processed

Yes! I have been having it with chia seeds in cream with a tiny dash of sweetener. You can add avocado too and mush it up so it is like ice cream. I really love the flavour . . . . which is weird because i always preferred dairy mik chocolate . . . I just have it for a little treat.

That sounds really tasty!!

No. I dont think I have. I do use a ' no sugar ' hot chocolate, but I don't suppose that is it. I'll have to ask my dietitian about it. I wonder what it tastes like. I'm not drinking hot chocolate at all at the moment....just water for me....boo hoo.
I have.
However wasn't to my liking. I think the quality of the one I purchased was rather poor. Next time I will try a more premium product.
I only use cacao in baked goods not cocoa. It doesn't have any comparison with cocoa.
I occasionally use it for smoothies. I have a packet of regular cocoa in the cupboard at the moment, but when that runs out I am going to start buying cacao from the bulk food store. We don't use a lot either way and I'd rather buy just a small amount then the huge packets from the supermarket.
It is :-) The weird thing is I have never liked cocoa but the cacao is really growing on me. The really, really, weird thing is . . . it is not poisonous to dogs as it has no theobromine in it . . . . . not that my dogs will be getting any but I found that very interesting.

Yes I do

No I don't, as I didn't know about it until now. I only use cocoa about once a year anyway.

I didn't realise there is a difference. I'll be trying cacao next time I'm out of cocoa.
