Feedback request

Do you ever provide feedback to stores that request it?

Do you give feedback online or by filling out a paper survey provided in the store?

Are you motivated to give feedback if a 'reward' such as money off your next shop, or a voucher for free chips, garlic bread etc is offered?

I give feedback when
not
requested!

I'm over bad service.
Bad food.
Bad anything.

If you're in business, and you are lousy
I will let you know!

As far as 'if' requested....absolutely.

Not for the free stuff, but they can see where they are going right and going wrong...in my humble opinion.
I agree with you, I don't do it for the "free" stuff but give feedback good or back in a good manner so then they can take it in board and improve or rectify (or ignore ha ha)...

Now and then I give feedback to a store. More shops now seem to request opinions from customers. Usually I fill out a form online and I am more likely to do so if a 'reward' is offered. Sometimes I don't get around to using the voucher before it runs out. Often there are conditions such as spending a certain amount of money and I may not think it is worth while.
I do whether or not it is requested. I reported a bad meal and got a free one. Another time the manager called and apologized within 5 minutes.

Yes I do
Yes. Both. Yes.

If I've the time & interest, I will, but if lacking, no.......
I'm usually motivated to give feedback provided the process isn't too long or taxing on my nerves, lol.

Yes - but I don't do it for the reward. Generally in life, the complainers are more vocal than those who have enjoyed good service. This being the case, I quite often advise a company if an employee has gone above and beyond the usual duties attached to the position. It's only fair, after all.
