Yes, in summer when it is really hot, I prefer a cold shower as I find having even a warm shower, makes me hotter and more uncomfortable.

After the first few seconds it is lovely, however I would not do this unless it is hot as I like the water very hot generally.

I live where it is very hot in summer and a cold shower is really refreshing! Even in winter I have warm, rather than hot showers. I am one of those people who hate even the thought of a sauna, and to me a hot shower is as close as I would ever get to one!!! Really hot shower? No Thank You!! Tepid and cold ones? Yes
Please!!!
Only when the heat has got to me totally, and I have been outside for whatever reason...and I have mild heat stroke (like not quite there?)
Then it's get out the way....I'm in the shower!

For some reason, I get very hot very quickly these days.
I have a cold shower every morning, it's great for many different kinds of health reasons! I wash in normal temperature water first (as nearly all products now are formulated to work best at that temperature) then turn the water temp right down to freezing and BLAST myself :) It feels wonderful!
Absolutely, when it's cooking hot out, a cold shower is awesome!
Yes, when it very hot, I like cold shower. Also when I am washing my hair, I try not to use very hot water.
I tend to start with a hot shower to relieve muscle aches and then progress to finishing with cold. Given that I live in Cairns where it is exceptionally hot at the moment if I finish up with hot I am sweaty again within seconds, if I finish up with cold I get a few minutes!
I never have cold showers - no matter how hot it is I can't go under a cold shower - burrrr

Rarely. I love really hot showers even when living in the tropics I would have s hot shower then blast cold just before hopping out.

After I wash myself, I often turn the shower onto cold, especially on my face.

No I don't but, if it means no shower or a cold shower, then I would. I'd just do it quickly.
No way!
Yes, I take cold showers all the time. Whether the temperature is hot or cold, I'll take a cold shower. When it's hot a cold shower is great. If I take a warm shower when the temperature is cold,I would tend to actually feel cold throughout that day. I actually feel better taking a cold shower when the morning is cold.
I really like cold showers during the hot days of summer.

Every day
no, I like it hot, although a relative who went to boarding school many years ago c1918 once told me that they had cold showers every morning , she maintained this was why she never caught a cold. I myself always catch a cold even if sitting in a breeze.
Unless your 'core' temperature got very low & your immune system was compromised, you would NOT get a cold from a breeze! It's a VIRUS, picked up from somebody's shared germs from coughing or sneezing over you, or dirty hands of yours' not being washed, as required!

When temperature is high, shower 'cold' water comes through as Luke warm! Aaaargggh! Hate it; I WANT a COLD shower to bring down my sweat level!
Yes, I love a 1 minute cold shower on really hot days. Sometimes I need 3/4 in 1 day. They're certainly refreshing ren't they?
