I enjoy exercise when most of the time. I like to keep moving and get antsy or stressed if I can't exercise or am sitting down for long periods. There are times when I am just not in the mood, however.
I actually enjoy exercise but it also depends what the exercise is. I enjoy it much more if it is a team sport or game. I also enjoy riding my bike to and from places. I still like going to the gym, however, it's easier for me to exercise when I have a immediate goal, such as to win a game or to get somewhere.
Yes I do. I walk 6-10 km every day. It has apparently paid off as I had a bone scan recently and my GP was most impressed. I am 72 and apparently I have the bones of a young woman. I was really chuffed!
Mind you I do enjoy walking, not really into aerobics or gym any more. Used to but find it a tad boring.
I also enjoy free dance but not in a formalised way.
