Do you enjoy exercise or is it just a chore that needs to be done? Or do you hate it so much you just don't bother?

Love exercise about 90% of the time. The other time - I am tired from the exercise! LOL....but I have to move to stay in balance. It is just who I am!
I do love it, except for those push ups at times. I feel fantastic afterwards. Therefore all the pain is worth it.
I enjoy exercise when most of the time. I like to keep moving and get antsy or stressed if I can't exercise or am sitting down for long periods. There are times when I am just not in the mood, however.
I love exercise so much - it's part of my daily routine and my (only) way of making myself feel better - it makes me feel fresh, rejuvenated and pumped up for the day!
I don't like it.

Only do it....if I have too, like I have put a bit of weight on.

But, I know it is good for me...I am computer bound, and that is very unhealthy!
I actually enjoy exercise but it also depends what the exercise is. I enjoy it much more if it is a team sport or game. I also enjoy riding my bike to and from places. I still like going to the gym, however, it's easier for me to exercise when I have a immediate goal, such as to win a game or to get somewhere.

Those various Sports in which I'm interested, I really enjoy.
No sense doing what you don't enjoy whatsoever.
My fave at the moment is 'speed walking'.
Yes I do. I walk 6-10 km every day. It has apparently paid off as I had a bone scan recently and my GP was most impressed. I am 72 and apparently I have the bones of a young woman. I was really chuffed!

Mind you I do enjoy walking, not really into aerobics or gym any more. Used to but find it a tad boring.

I also enjoy free dance but not in a formalised way.
