Yes we sure do.
I put them in my vegie meals (like a salad)..
Or even in our Cereal.
Or just in a green salad dish.
They are so good for you, and look and taste great.
The pic is one of my own meals I made,easy to do!
I just steamed Pumpkin-Cauliflower-Broccoli-and some Potatoes.
Let them cool for 5 mins after cooking....Add a salad dressing like Ceasar.
Sprinkle some crushed Walnuts, and some (pan roasted Almond flakes).
Give a gentle toss in a large dish, and plate up with a sprinkle of Tuscan Herbs. :)
