I just steamed Pumpkin-Cauliflower-Broccoli-and some Potatoes.
Let them cool for 5 mins after cooking....Add a salad dressing like Ceasar.
Sprinkle some crushed Walnuts, and some (pan roasted Almond flakes).
Give a gentle toss in a large dish, and plate up with a sprinkle of Tuscan Herbs. :)
I regularly eat things that contain nuts, but I eat raw nuts less regularly. I still have them though, but it is more like on a monthly basis. Around Christmas I eat more nuts, and just recently I have been tucking into pecans and chestnuts.
