Do you eat hot cross buns?
Easter is fast approaching and there is nothing better than eating a hot cross bun. Do you eat hot cross buns? And if so, do you do anything special with them other than having them with butter.

We LOVE the Chocolate ones!
We don't have butter or the like in the house ever, so we put a little cream and jam.Of course they have to be heated in the microwave for 10 seconds first.
Love them, just with butter. Kids like them without fruit, I like fruit and heaps of spice.

LOVE hot cross buns...and yes have them with butter. However I have made bread and butter pudding with them which turned out okay.
I don't eat the normal hot cross buns I eat the chocolate hot cross buns. So luckily they make chocolate hot cross buns.
Yes, but only on Good Friday. It annoys me a bit that they sell them from Boxing Day onwards now. We have them the way my Dad showed me to do them when I was little, with the crosses cut out and dipped in milk cinnamon and sugar.
Definitely, and I've also eaten the chocolate ones too.
Yummy - actually I went to a cafe once that used hot cross buns as their ingredient for French Toast. Oddly enough - it was very yummy!
Yes, I love hot cross buns. There is nothing better than a toasted hot cross bun drizzled with margarine on a fresh Easter Sunday morning.

Love them. However I refused to buy them at the supermarket tonight as it is ridiculous that they make them for 3 months before Easter. Not sure how long I can go without weakening & buying some.
Mmmmmm. Hot cross buns dripping with fresh butter . . . . . cue the massive stomach ache. Happens every time :(((
Love them with thick butter
