I don't even drink tap water at home, and I live where I can get some of the cleanest water in the world out of the tap. Problem is, our tap water is fluoridated and chlorinated. While I know a lot people have specific views on fluoride in their water, I don't, I simply don't like the taste of treated water, so I drink bottled.
I seem to get upset stomachs very easily as I have got older, so I definitely do not drink tap water when I am away.

Even when I go back to my home town og Sydney, I drink bottled water.

A doctor once told me that it is different bugs in different water.

No, we drink bottled water when we are away from home and when we travel in the outback we take 2 x slabs of 24 bottles (as well as carrying extra water for the car). However, at home in Melbourne, we are fortunate to have good quality tap water and I drink it every day.
It would depend enormously on where I was! Parts of Asia, absolutely not. Particularly the ice. But travelling round Europe? The water is fine and so on the whole is the ice.
I actually prefer the taste of tap water to bottled so drink it whenever I can :)
At home I drink tap using a filter, but on holidays we use refillable bottles and buy gallon jugs of filtered water to keep them full.
No, only bottled

It depends on my location! Overseas,I would not drink tap water unless I was staying with friends and they did so. Here in Australia,I would be generally happy drinking tap water apart from in South Australia. The water there is awful!

No bottled water only
I drink bottled water usually but will have ice if it's from a hotel... I got amoebic dysentery in Peru from eating off plates that had been washed in the stream that runs along the Inca Trail... Long ugly hospital stay when I got home
No
I boil the water first
Ice overseas is never. Have had some not so good experiences
I drink bottled water at home as our water is sadly fluoridated. If travelling I drink bottled also.

When i travel overseasi always boil my water, but here in Ashfield NSW i just drink tap water.
Here, yes (except Adelaide!)
Overseas, no. Bottled water only, even to clean teeth.
I always drink tap water at home, bottled when I go out, taking water from our tap.
Overseas, I always drink bottled water, & I donít like ice in my drinks, when Iím out somewhere.
