Why is that naughty? I drink juice and eat large quantities of fruit (and vegetables)..... and also take Vitamin C supplements - up to 4g a day at the moment but it varies depending on how much my body needs! I've never seen it described as naughty before :)
No juice, I drink glass full of lemon water sometimes infused with mint. Commercial juices are loaded with sugar or preservatives and I do not have a juicer to make juice at home. So I eat fruits during the day, whenever I can.
It all depends on what I feel like! I often will have a lovely piece of fruit first thing,such as a nectarine or some grapes,or whatever is in season. I always have a cup of tea when I get up,so I often do not want another type of drink.hence the actual piece of fruit.
Not in the morning, as I tend to eat quite a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast but I do like a glass of fruit juice with my lunch. My favourite is grapefruit juice but I'm currently on a medication that means I can't have grapefruit, so I'm making do with apple juice for the time being!
I love fruit juice but I rarely have it at home. I do have it if I am staying at a hotel as a treat. I prefer fresh fruit. Fruit juice itself is not good if you are trying to lose weight. One glass a day is allowed by my dietitian, but I prefer a cuppa tea anyway, first thing in the morning.
