No, I havent owned a bike for many years now.
Nowadays, anyway, I would find a bike frightening with the traffic.
You can now ride on the footpath but I still have no desire to ride a bike, push bike or motor cycle and I think motor bikes should be banned due to the high incidence of injury and/or death from people riding them - both types are just not compatible with city driving and drivers.
No, I don't own a bike but my husband is insisting on buying one for everyone in our family.
Last time I bought a bike I was mid 20's and the same day I bought it I rode it straight into a fence causing a lot of damage to myself (blood everywhere) and the bike. I snapped one of the brakes on the handlebars off completely. I was brave and finished my ride but only used it twice after that
No. I haven't owned a bicycle since I was a teenager. The bike was just to get me from place to place at that time. Once I got my car, that was the end of my bicycling days. My husband used to take the kids out riding bikes. I think he still has his bike and my daughter still has hers. She likes to go bike riding with her boyfriend.
I have never owned a bike as I always walked everywhere even when I was little! I cannot ride a bike at all, but I made certain that my son learned how to do this at a very young age! Same with swimming......!!! He could swim at the same time as learning to walk!!!
No, I've never owned a bike either. We lived on the side of a hill, so I guess that's why we never had bikes! A friend's teenage son tried to teach me in Lombok when we were back packing, in Jan '95, when I took my teenage daughters, but I was scared about being so far up off the ground!!!
