With people being extremely health conscious, it is not strange to see someone counting calories in each item that you are eating. Do you count calories while you cook for yourself and your family?

Absolutely not! I eat slowly until I can eat no more. I trust my body to tell me when I've had enough. I am mindful of my sugar intake though. That compromises your body's ability to recognise when you've had enough to eat.

YES and YES!

You have too, we are all getting fatter and fatter.
Yes. I look at all the labels, and then calculate how much each portion will be.
I don't count as such but I monitor the oil, sugar and salt that we consume daily
No, not an issue when foods are properly combined. My dinner would comprise 70% salad, 30% protein - my body likes it this way.
I do one day a week only.
