Yes of course I do!
I wouldnt remember things if I didn't write myself notes, though I try to write them all in my diary - do not use a mobile for this as do not use mobile phone for much at all!
I like to have a "hard" copy and be able to see at a glance what notes I have written.
I write absolutely everything down that I want to remember as sometimes I walk into a room and forget why I walked in there...
Not continually no. Sometimes I will write myself a note of I have a lot of things to do the next day. Most of our things are written on the calendar. My best friend has a diary with her and writes everything down, but she still forgets things and is always running late, despite this !!! She is quite disorganised, whereas I am not. I am a planner and well organised in most things.
I use my diary for keeping track of things on a monthly and weekly basis and keep it on the kitchen table where my partner and I can both refer to it often. I also use a notebook that I keep beside my computer to put my daily reminders into. As a mum of 3 I would struggle without my lists! I don't use lists in my mobile phone, but have started using evernote for my lists relating to my business. But I'm mostly preferring hard copy still.
I used to constantly write notes on sticky notes, then forget those notes when I needed them. I still write myself notes, but now instead of paper, I type them into the Notes app on my phone - which I always have with me. No more forgetting slips of paper all over the place. :)
I'm always doing that. I use the blank backs of paper & shop dockets. I also have about 10 little note books as well. I'm always writing stuff down for me to look up later, or cafes I'd like to visit that I find on line, & don't want to have to look them up again! Of cause I do sometimes loose those bits of lose paper!
