My wife and I constantly tidy. We also do the needed odds and ends when needed, like dishes or laundry but about every couple of weeks we do a massive clean together. So I guess we're all over the map.
The minute I see a need to clean, it's done.
I hate a mess and just looking at one, makes me want to clean something.
If I'm unwell, then nothing will get me to clean.
I do bits and pieces all the time.
My house is cleaned in one go, once a week, by my cleaner. Tidying, on the other hand, happens all the time. I don't like mess but can tolerate a certain level of uncleanliness! The only time I might clean would be if something had been spilt or if the loo was looking grim. Pretty much everything else can wait, in my opinion!
We ave a cleaner come in to do it.
Bits and pieces when I can, with a major clean on Saturdays when I have a couple of hours without the kids here so I can put things away without them following me around and taking things back out again or messing up one room while I tidy another. I forget who said it but I like the line: Trying to clean a house with children in it is like brushing your teeth while eating a chocolate bar.
Good one, Jennifer!

I clean in one go. Doing it in bits is time consuming. Beside that, by the time you get to the dirty areas your family just messed the clean parts. One wicked cycle.
So true!

Isn't it just the pits!

I'm sure I've 'spectral' house guests' who just delight in re-distributing my continuous tidiness, throughout the house.
Would love to get a 'cleaner-upper' in once a week!
Neither!
I'm afraid to ask, miro_...
