I've seen people that have said that their spouse left them for another after having eaten a meal supposedly spiked with some mysterious potion. Additionally, I have heard people confessing that they have taken items of clothing, strands of hair or other items to a shaman, in order to attract of keep someone romantically involved. I have to come to the conclusion that this evil thing unfortunately is being done and seems to work for some.
I must admit, I can be a little skeptical of accepting personal gifts from non-family and mere associates. Particularly anything that is to be ingested.
Witchcraft items are often laced with consciousness altering perfume and toxic chemicals which can enter the blood stream and cause abnormal reactions. Otherwise, when people hold sentimental attachment to things combined with OCD, coupled with chronic paranoid anxiety, they will feel threatened by everything.
Can you imagine if this could be so! Of course not. I don't believe witchraft is real but do accept that some people are susceptible to the manipulative suggestion of others and may pecieve this to be the result of a dark arts rather than of their own weakness.
People can be controlled by their addictions; witchcraft isn't one of them. Unless they have OCD or have sentimental attachments to things, they otherwise can't be controlled. Many witchcraft items have odours which has affect the brain and consciousness, some have toxins which affect the skin and the blood stream.
