I am actually not sure on this one -I guess they must remit radiation but how much, no one seems to know and I do not think they would be allowed if it was a dangerous level.
However, I do not like using mine or having it close to my body when walking etc, so there must be a part of me that believes they are a danger and there seem to be far more young people with brain tumours nowadays.
I do believe that there is some form of health hazard attached to the mobile phone. And with so many other items using similar gtechnology. But I believe if gthey are used wisely, most people will be fine.
I tend to think they are - Judge Deed, one of my favourite tv series - a court case of a young woman dying of a brain tumour - she alleged her mobile ph. was the cause. As usual with most British tv., it was done so well, with the judge commenting that he was sure there would be more of these cases in the future. Naturally, the mp company denied it all. But, we all seem to have plugs in our ears listening to something these days, including me
I'm a 'Judge John Deed' fan, too! Actor Martin Shaw has been around for a long time. He's an excellent actor, who I've really enjoyed in 'Inspector George Gently' TV series'. He was in two P.D. James' book to tele-movies' as well, as Commander Adam Dalgleish! Oh! swoon........
In 'real' life, he's a light aircraft pilot & enthusiast, & has done a TV show on that, too!
