Hard to remember that far back - I did a few times I think, when I was young, no perhaps only once.
Nowadays with internet dating, I guess you cannot call it a "blind date" as you know a lot about the person by the time you meet (might be better the old fashioned way), and I guess people still go on blind dates when friends arrange it.
I don't particularly like the idea, as it would be awful if I really did not like the person and had to sit there for an hour with him! I have a problem being nice for any length of time with someone I do not like and occasionally I do not like someone for no reason that I can instantly name.
No and Im glad I didnt. What if the person is not my type ? I wouldnt want to hurt someone just like that. Not to mention the fact that so of these persons are deviants. The person setting up the date may not know the person as well as they think.
Yes I did, my twin sisters boyfriend had decided this guy was perfect for me so I sent my sister in to the store he was working at see if he was attractive or not. She gave him the thumbs up so I went out with him that week. We're now married with kids
No. I don't think so. I met people the usual way, through friends or at social functions. I was never ' set up ' with anyone. It would be hard if my friends recommended someone and I didn't like them. I preferred to choose my own partners.
