watching TV

TV seems to rule our lives, and sometimes we find ourselves running our schedule around a certain program.

Just on my 6 month of No T.V. !

Now ask me if I could live without my 'puter'?.....that's a different.

T.V. now is boring to me, I have not missed it one little bit.
As TV is no longer the only way to be entertained by films and TV programs the actual physical thing of sitting down and watching TV program and the adverts is becoming an outdated idea. If I like the look of a programme we down load stuff mainly to watch as and when we like. I do not watch commercial TV as the ads drive me insane. So could I go without watching TV programs when they are shown on TV easily. Could I go without watching films or 'The walking dead' no
No I could not live without TV for a month though guess I could watch some of it on my computer.
I usually watch TV while doing something else as I find many of the shows, even on ABC are rather boring, apart from about 3 or 4.

So, while I guess I COULD go without, I wouldnt want to.

I suppose I could, though I would have to catch up on my shows by the end of it.

Easily! Although we have a television I almost never watch it as I'm so busy with other more interesting stuff in the real world. I'd rather live my own life fully than watch someone else's fictional life on the screen.
Sure I could! I don't watch that much TV anyway, mostly movies or DVDs of series, and usually I only watch about one show every one to two weeks, so I could easily stretch that out to a month if I had to.
Yes I can live without TV , provided I have other gadets like tab or laptop.
Easily... I rarely watch TV, preferr to read instead.
I've being going without TV for years. For me, the television i just a source of noise and a brain washing tool. I have better things to do with my time. I watch movies, though.
I only use the television set to watch the occasional DVD. I could give up DVDs too if I had to but like to watch one now and then.
No problem. I never turnit on. Rarely watch other than box sets with son. Now the iPad.. That would be hard. Ny resolution must be to ration Internet twitter etc
I am sure I could. We often go a whole week with no TV, we follow no shows. So I don't think it would be too incredibly hard, but after the month I'd probably really want to watch something.
I'm sure I could. I mainly have it on for the noise but would miss the daily news sessions. However I could still get these via the radio and as I like to read and write letters, that would fill my day.
TV is my main form of entertainment, so, NO, I couldn't go without it for a month!

I VHS tape shows I want to watch, then do the 'time-shift' to watch.

It's very rare for me to sit down, & watch TV as is broadcasting 'live', so to speak!
Yes, quite easily. I prefer reading, that, to me is more enjoyable.
No! I could not survive without it. You would miss out on the news of the world. It is also a friend. How boring if you did not have it....Jen🎅🏼🍒🌝🎎
